Stoneware bodies from FUCHS Keramische Massen (Germany) are well-known in Europe. Coming from the heart of Westerwald, the clays from this producer are commonly used in high fire ceramics. We have selected the most particular ones for its character for artistic and decorative ceramics.

Sinter-Rapide (1000º-1100ºC)

WB 01766T (1000º-1250ºC)

Classic white stoneware body. Supplied in powder form for casting. It is commonly used as high fire engobe.

WB 03999 (1000º-1280ºC)

Classic white stoneware body. Ideal for decorative and artistic ceramics. Very good plasticity for wheel throwing and modelling. In oxidation, traditional white-cream colour is obtained, whereas beautiful pearl colour is obtained in reduction atmosphere.

WSZ 2005 (1000º-1280ºC)

White grogged stoneware body (0-0.5 mm). Ideal for decorative and artistic ceramics. Very good plasticity for wheel throwing and modelling. The presence of grog confers to clay a very interesting textured surface (not flat) and avoids cracks in difficult pieces while drying. In oxidation, traditional white-cream colour is obtained, whereas beautiful pearl colour is obtained in reduction atmosphere.
