CERAMIC LAB Barcelona, May 14-17

From May 14 to 17, Fira Barcelona hosted the first edition of Ceramic Lab Barcelona, a new space dedicated to the world of ceramics within the Handmade Festival. Over four days, artists, hobbyists and clay enthusiasts were able to discover, experiment and share different ways of understanding ceramic creation.

As a collaborating company and supporter of this first edition, SIO-2 actively participated in Ceramic Lab with a programme of activities designed to bring ceramics closer to all audiences. Practical workshops, wheel throwing demonstrations and creative clay experiences turned the SIO-2 stand into a meeting point for inspiration and learning.

The masterclass on ceramic bodies led by Mari Carmen Ferrer, together with the open activities and the collective mosaic created during the event using SIO-2 PLUS® air-drying clay, reflect SIO-2’s commitment to education, creativity and the development of ceramics and clay crafts.
