Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
CERAMICA COLLET S.A. (hereinafter, the CONTROLLER) informs the user that it has created official profiles on the following social networks: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok. The CONTROLLER is responsible for processing the user's personal data on these platforms, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
What is the purpose of processing your personal data?
The purpose of the processing is to maintain a relationship between the user and the CONTROLLER through social media, which may include:

What is the legal basis for processing?
The legal basis is the user’s consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). By following or interacting with our social media profiles, the user expresses interest in our activity and consents to the processing of the personal data available on their profile.
The user can consult the privacy policies of each social network at any time and adjust their privacy settings accordingly.
The CONTROLLER only has access to the public information on the user's profile (e.g., contact name) and will only incorporate data into a file when necessary to process a specific request.
How long do we retain your data?
The data will be retained as long as the user maintains a relationship with the CONTROLLER's profile or does not withdraw their consent, and subsequently for the time necessary to address potential legal obligations (up to a maximum of 3 years).
Who do we share your personal data with?
The data provided by the user through social media may be visible to other users depending on the privacy settings of their own profile. From their personal account, the user can manage which information is made public, the permissions granted, and remove or restrict third-party applications.
No data will be shared with third parties outside the social network unless it is strictly necessary for the provision of a service (e.g., communication service providers), with whom data processing agreements are in place as required by data protection regulations.
What are your rights?
The user may exercise the following rights concerning the data under the control of the CONTROLLER:
▪ Right to withdraw consent at any time.
▪ Right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection to processing.
