Products and Services
The range of SIO-2® manufactured products includes ceramic bodies for industry, pottery and artistic ceramics, as well as natural clays for crafts, fine arts and education. Sales from the SIO-2 headquarters are made to companies operating in the professional field. SIO-2 Store is the commercial division of SIO-2 for consumer sales of materials for artistic ceramics and hobby, as well as related services. The products, their characteristics and presentation are described on the website www.sio-2.com. The company reserves the right to modify product formats and presentation, or to temporarily or permanently remove any item from the offering.
Prices
SIO-2 publishes product price lists according to its commercial policy. Prices are ex-works (EXW), unless otherwise stated, and include product packaging. VAT not included. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice based on changes in any component of production costs. Any modification to the original packaging conditions at the request of the customer or their carrier must be agreed upon and will be charged according to the current rate.
Orders
By placing an order, the client or buyer implicitly accepts the current prices and rates, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Orders are considered firm once the customer has accepted the delivery time, shipping cost, and payment terms. Any modification or cancellation of the order by the customer must be agreed upon. For special product orders, a guarantee may be included to cover potential damages resulting from changes or cancellation. To avoid misunderstandings, it is recommended that orders be placed in writing or via the online sales platform. For VAT-exempt orders, it is necessary to provide the Canary Islands CIF or a VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) number for EU sales. Orders outside the EU are subject to a pro forma invoice.
Delivery
Goods are delivered to the customer at the SIO-2 warehouse (EXW) or to a specified delivery address, as indicated in the sales order. Any special delivery condition must be specified in the order. For home deliveries, goods are considered delivered upon the customer’s signature of the delivery note. Any missing items, defects, or damage must be noted on the delivery slip in order to be eligible for claims. Deliveries are made on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Failure to meet the delivery deadline does not entitle the customer to compensation.
Transport and Shipping
Transport is at the customer's expense and risk unless otherwise specified in the sales order. For home deliveries, SIO-2 arranges the shipment and informs the client of the shipping cost, any special conditions, and estimated delivery time for prior approval before dispatch.
Warranty
SIO-2 guarantees the technical specifications of its manufactured products, as reflected on labels and in technical documentation issued exclusively by the company, and informs about the technical specifications of products marketed from other manufacturers. The company declines any responsibility for products with damaged packaging or those improperly stored outside our warehouses, or for defects resulting from misuse by the client. In any case, SIO-2's liability is always limited to the price of the goods that the company acknowledges as defective. IMPORTANT: Storage: it is recommended to protect products from direct sunlight, extreme temperature changes, and frost. Use: technical data sheets with product characteristics and usage guidelines are available to the customer. For large-scale or industrial consumption, it is recommended to test the products beforehand to verify their suitability for the intended process and purpose.
Safety
SIO-2® manufactured products comply with applicable legislation. SIO-2 provides customers with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). The company declines all liability for accidents affecting people or property caused by improper use of the products.
Shortages, defective or damaged products
The customer is responsible for noting any shortages, defective or damaged products, or other incidents on the delivery note and informing SIO-2 upon receipt of the goods. Claims must be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Returns
Product returns are subject to prior authorization by SIO-2. The customer is required to return the goods free of transportation and packaging costs to SIO-2 warehouses or SIO-2 Store locations, as applicable. The company will proceed with the repair, replacement, or reimbursement. In the case of palletized sales, the return of EUR-certified wooden pallets is accepted, with credit applied according to the current rate. Damaged pallets, painted pallets belonging to rental companies, or pallets differing from the specified type will not be accepted or credited.
Payment
SIO-2 accepts any payment method. For credit sales (authorized clients), conditions are: net 30 days from invoice date; first order must be paid in advance. Bank account: IBAN ES98 2100 3866 1102 0004 3820.
Retention of Title Clause
In accordance with current legislation, SIO-2 (Cerámica Collet S.A.) retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price has been made.
Jurisdiction
The buyer waives their own jurisdiction and submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.

2. Purpose and Scope
These general conditions regulate the use of the website and the electronic contracting of products through the online store. Access to and use of the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of all clauses.
3. Purchase Process
The customer may freely browse the store, select products, add them to the cart, and proceed with the purchase process as follows:
1. Order review: items purchased, quantities, prices and shipping cost (if applicable).
2. Review of personal data and shipping address.
3. Selection of shipping method: home delivery or warehouse pickup.
4. Selection of payment method: bank transfer or card payment.
5. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
6. Order confirmation and processing.
After the purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
4. Price and Payment Methods
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer and debit/credit card.
5. Shipping and Returns
· Shipping
Deliveries are available within Spain and internationally (according to conditions).
For deliveries within mainland Spain, the estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and vary depending on destination and weight. Shipping is free for orders over €120 and up to 20 kg.
For other territories, the delivery time, shipping costs, and any special delivery conditions will be communicated to the customer directly by email.
Deliveries are made by standard parcel service without prior appointment, at street level (the service does not include entry into the building or residence). Assembly or disassembly is not included.
The customer has the option to collect their order from the SIO-2 warehouse in Esparreguera.
· Returns
The customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
To do so, written notification must be sent to info@sio-2.com, indicating the order number. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Shipping costs arising from the return shall be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective product or delivery error.
6. Personal Data Protection (GDPR and LOPDGDD)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, CERAMICA COLLET S.A. informs:

· Purpose of processing: Order management, customer service, and sending of commercial communications if the user has given consent.
· Legal basis: User consent and execution of the contract.
· Recipients: Data will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law.
· Rights: Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by sending a request to info@sio-2.com. For rectification and erasure, customers may use the contact form available in the "Personal Data" section of their user account. In the same section, users can also download a report of the data provided to the website.

7. Liability
CERAMICA COLLET S.A. shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from misuse of the website, service interruptions, technical errors, or the presence of viruses.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts of Barcelona.
