What data do we collect and for what purpose?
1. Newsletter subscription form
Purpose: Sending editorial and informative content related to our activities, products and news.
Legal basis: User’s consent.
Retention: Until the user withdraws their consent. Afterwards, data will be retained for up to 3 years to respond to possible claims.
2. Forms with acceptance of commercial communications
Purpose: Sending promotions, events, campaigns and other direct marketing activities.
Legal basis: User’s consent.
Retention: Same as above: until withdrawal of consent, plus an additional 3 years for legal purposes.
3. User or business account creation forms
Purpose: Management of the contractual or commercial relationship, as well as sending relevant information.
Legal basis: Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b), legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f), and consent (Art. 6.1.a).
Retention: Until the end of the relationship or withdrawal of consent, with an additional 3-year retention period.

Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except when legally required or when necessary for the provision of the service. In the case of training or shared activities, data may be shared with partner companies, duly identified in the corresponding form.
