Candle Holder with PLUS® Natural Self-hardening Clay

Ready for another clay craft?

With the natural self-hardening clay SIO-2 PLUS® (clay without firing) we can create and decorate nice objects in our home. Today we have decided to create a beautiful candle holder by @lambscozyworld.

Read the following steps carefully and get your personalized candle holder. We have given it the shape of a "little house". And you, do you dare?

Let's start!

1. To make the sides of our house, use a piece of paper to mark the margins.

2. Cut the 4 walls and the base, following the marked lines.

3. Draw and cut the decorative elements and let it dry.

4. Once dry, join each of the sides with moistened clay.

5. Do the same step for the outside and let it dry.

6. Smooth the surface of the piece with the help of a damp sponge or cloth.

7. Let the piece dry and decorate it to your liking.

Materials and tools 

• Natural self-hardening PLUS (1 kg)

• SIO-2 wooden roller, to make the initial plank

• SIO-2 modelling and sculpture set of 14 tools with which you will easily develop your work

• Round sponge to smooth imperfections

• Acrylic paint or varnish to decorate and improve the finish
