SIO-2 at Creativeworld 2026: The must-attend event for professionals in the hobby, handicraft and artist's supplies sector

As every year, SIO-2 Cerámica Collet S.A. has been present at Creativeworld 2026, the leading international trade fair for the fine arts, handicrafts and creative leisure sector. The event took place from 6 to 9 February 2026 at the exhibition grounds in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Creativeworld Frankfurt is recognised as the world’s most important trade fair for the international hobby, handicrafts and fine arts supplies sector. Every year, it establishes itself as an essential meeting point for creative industry professionals.

Over four days, the trade fair brings together manufacturers, distributors, retailers and creators from around the world in a dynamic environment where the latest techniques, materials and trends shaping the future of the creative industry are presented.

Creativeworld covers a wide range of products, from decorative handicrafts, graphic and fine arts supplies, to textile design, street art and all kinds of creative hobbies, offering a comprehensive overview of the market.

In addition to the trade exhibition, the fair offers a comprehensive programme of activities including live workshops, conferences and demonstrations, providing inspiration, ideas and key insights for industry professionals.

In the 2026 edition, Creativeworld places special emphasis on innovation, sustainability and new creative approaches that will define upcoming seasons, reaffirming its role as an international trend driver.

Highlighting the participation of SIO-2 in the Creative Academy, the official certified training platform of Creativeworld, aimed at industry professionals. It offers a hands-on experience that combines specialized knowledge with the direct use of products, bringing together retailers, manufacturers, and creative experts in one space. Considered the core of Creativeworld, it adds value to the trade fair by connecting creative practice with professional exchange and applied innovation. In 2026, a new concept was introduced: participants receive an official certificate for each completed workshop as professional accreditation. In this context, Mari Carme Ferrer, Technical Director of SIO-2, led a workshop in which participants created a decorative tray for keys, jewelry, and small objects using SIO-2 PLUS® clay, following a step-by-step guided process.
