Supply
Most of SIO-2® clays are packed in 27.6 lb (12.5 kg) film-wrapped packages into a carton box. Pallets weigh 3,307 lb (120 units x pallet). Porcelain is packed in 11 lb (5 kg). Pallets weigh 3,307 lb (300 units x pallet). Pallet size (American skid): 48x40 in (122x102 cm).

Price list for direct orders to SIO-2 | Ceramica Collet S.A. (EXW factory Esparreguera - Barcelona, SPAIN) is valid for FULL PALLETS only. Quantity discounts apply for orders from 4 pallets, 7 pallets and full container (10 pallets). Prices include wooden pallets and standard packing materials. For special packing requirements, handling fees may apply. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping
As a general rule, shipments for orders placed directly with Ceramica Collet S.A.’s head office in Spain are arranged by the customer on an Ex Works (EXW) basis. Upon request, the Company may provide a transportation quotation. In such cases, shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and any special freight requirements, and will be quoted after the order has been placed.

Warranty
Ceramica Collet S.A. warrants that its products conform to the technical specifications stated on the product labels and in the technical documentation issued exclusively by the Company. No warranty or liability is assumed for products with damaged packaging, improper storage conditions outside the Company’s facilities, or defects resulting from improper use, handling, or application by the customer. In all cases, the Company’s liability shall be strictly limited to the replacement of the defective product or, at the Company’s discretion, to the refund of the purchase price of the clay acknowledged as defective.

Important Recommendations
Shipment and Storage: Products must be stored away from direct sunlight, protected from frost, and maintained under stable temperature conditions, avoiding excessive thermal variations.
Use: Technical data sheets are available for download on the SIO-2 website and provide information regarding product characteristics and recommended conditions of use. It is the customer’s responsibility to perform prior testing to determine the suitability of the products for their specific requirements, both throughout the ceramic process (shaping, drying, firing, and decoration) and for the intended final application.

Safety
All SIO-2® clays sold in the U.S. and Canada are certified by the Art & Creative Materials Institute (ACMI) and conform to ASTM D-4236 safety guidelines. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available upon demand. We disclaim any liability for accidents involving personal injury or damage to property, caused by improper use of the products.

Shortage or Damaged Goods
Once receipt of shipment, shortages, damaged goods or shipping mistakes must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Ceramica Collet S.A. Claims must be made within 15 days.

Goods Return
Defective goods must be reported to Ceramica Collet S.A. Full credit can be given in case of acceptance from quality department. Goods can be returned only under authorization.

Terms
Orders must be prepaid or paid upon delivery unless prior credit arrangements have been made.
