Horno Ecotop 80 S 1320ºC

The ROHDE Ecotop 80 S is a compact, efficient and versatile top-loading kiln, ideal for ceramic workshops, studios and professionals looking for reliable equipment with greater capacity. With an 80-litre capacity, it allows comfortable firing of biscuit, earthenware, overglaze decorations, high-temperature stoneware and soft-paste porcelain, reaching a maximum temperature of 1320 ºC and a continuous working temperature of 1290 ºC.

This model includes the ST 310 controller and operates on a 400 V three-phase connection, with a CEE 16 A plug and a power rating of 6 kW. Its Ø470 × 455 mm inner chamber offers a practical format for medium and large pieces. As a new feature of the latest Ecotop generation, it incorporates a completely redesigned insulation concept, with a 2-layer structure and a 35 mm microporous board, which minimises heat loss and reduces electricity consumption by up to 40%. In addition, its rounder inner geometry improves the use of available space and makes kiln shelves and accessories easier to handle.

Another major improvement in this new series is that it reaches application temperatures of up to 1290 ºC, expanding firing possibilities even for high-temperature stoneware and soft-paste porcelain. The Ecotop 80 S also offers a safe firing curve and shorter firing times, while maintaining efficient operation and reliable, long-lasting results.

Its advantages include gas strut-assisted lid opening, a reversible support for working at two heights, and the use of quiet, low-wear solid-state relays. In addition, the ST 310 controller allows the use of electricity from photovoltaic systems and includes compatibility with the ROHDE myKiln app, making firing management and process monitoring more intuitive.
