WB 01766-T blanco polvo colaje, saco 5 kg
White stoneware powder for the preparation of casting slips. It does not contain incorporated deflocculants, allowing the formulation to be adjusted according to process requirements. It offers very good deflocculation properties, enabling the production of stable, high-density suspensions for mould casting.
In firing, it develops a cream tone within its stoneware range. Widely used for slip casting as well as for high-temperature engobes.
For slip preparation, an indicative dosage of 0.18% Dolaflux B 11 is recommended. Alternatively, a combination of sodium carbonate (0.2%) and sodium silicate (0.2–0.3%) may be used, adjusting the concentration according to water hardness and mixing conditions.
