TEIDE clay is ideal for modelling pieces with character (rough texture) or large ones. It contains 40% grog 0-0.5 mm, which provides it with exceptional behavior during drying and firing. It is perfect for hobby ceramics as it has a wide firing range from 1000ºC to 1300ºC, developing a particular range of colors that go from lilac to toasted brown, with shades that enhance the relief and make it an ideal means of artistic expression. Due to its exceptional plasticity, it is especially suitable for modelling and sculpture.
