EASP-01 engobe blanco 5kg

EASP-01 White is a high-temperature white engobe in powder form, belonging to Prodesco’s EASP series. It is designed for glazing and decorating ceramic pieces, providing a white, opaque and homogeneous surface after firing.

It can be applied by brush, spray gun, dipping or bulb applicator, making it suitable both for covering surfaces and for creating decorative details or raised reliefs on the piece. It can also be used for slip-cast pieces and ceramic 3D printing processes, adjusting the density and viscosity beforehand according to the working system.

It is suitable for both double firing and single firing. For single-firing applications, adding 5 % Monocol V is recommended. Its firing range goes from 980 ºC (cone 07) to 1280 ºC (cone 9). The manufacturer’s recommended temperature is 1260 ºC (cone 7). Maximum colour development is achieved at 1280 ºC (cone 9). For better results at 980 ºC (cone 07), it is recommended to cover the engobe with a transparent glaze.

It is formulated without lead or cadmium.
