MAYCO Fundamentals® Underglazes. These underglazes were the first product line created by Mayco in 1954 and continue to be a basic range for many artists. They are highly versatile and provide excellent coverage, completely covering the surface.
They have a very wide firing range, from cone 06 to cone 10 (1011 °C – 1300 °C), suitable for both oxidation and reduction firings.

They can be used on greenware or on bisque. However, for low-fire white clays, it is recommended to apply them on bisque-fired pieces.

They are easy to apply with a brush, using 2 to 3 coats. Allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next one. Shake well before use. To intensify the colors, clear glossy or matte glazes can be applied on top.
