MAYCO Fundamentals® Underglazes.
These underglazes were the first product line created by Mayco in 1954 and continue to be a basic range for many artists. They are highly versatile and provide excellent coverage, completely covering the surface.

They have a very wide firing range, from cone 06 to cone 10 (1011 °C – 1300 °C), suitable for both oxidation and reduction firings.

They can be used on either greenware or bisque, however, on low-temperature white clays it is recommended to apply them on bisque ware.

Easy to apply with a brush, using 2 to 3 coats. Allow to dry completely between coats. Shake well before use. To intensify colors, clear transparent or matte glazes can be applied.
